Class Description
In Improv 301, students will continue deepening the skills they learned in Improv 201. Over the course of eight weeks, we’ll further explore:
- Dramatic improv
- More complex long-form formats
- How to structure and run a show
- Incorporating story structure into scenes
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
- Improvise scenes and long-form sets that take story arc into account
- Run scenes together in montages lasting 15-20 minutes
- Run a short performance without director participation
